Canadian Experience Class Program (CEC)

This program is for skilled, professional, or technical workers who want to become permanent residents based on their work experience in Canada.

To qualify you must:

• Have at least 1 year of F/T Canadian work experience in the past 3 years before you apply. Self-Employment of work experience gained while being a f/t student does not qualify.
• Have the minimum language levels (CLB 5 or CLB 7, depending on the NOC of your job)
• Have experience in the qualifying NOCs: 0, A or B
